Training on corruption risk management for the APC
The second in a series of five planned trainings organized by the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA) for representatives of the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption was held in Belgrade on December 14 and 15, 2023, also attended by the representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, at the invitation of the Agency.
Associate professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, Drago Kos, one of the most famous international experts in the field of fight against corruption held the training. The trainees were able to get acquainted with different forms of corruption risk assessment, the manner and indicators of its measurement, the possibilities for raising the motivation of civil servants to take serious measures to assess the risk of corruption. Through a practical approach, the trainer showed the participants how, on the example of national anti-corruption public policies and documents, the implementation of corruption risk assessment can be improved.
The organization of the training is supported by the "Facility Supporting Strengthening Rule of Law in the Republic of Serbia" (EU FOR FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION AND FOR FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS)", which is jointly financed by the EU, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC), whereas its implementation is provided by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA).
